Originally I chose to work with glass because I loved the challenge in it: compared to all other materials hot glass demands full attention and concentration at all times.
In return, when you catch the 'flow' within the motions of the working process,
there is nothing more rewarding than to be there, that precious moment, in this meditation-like state ; enduring the heat and strain on your body to give shape to an idea.
The work with glass has taught me to become more careful, more attentive and more patient. May be a better person ?
In my passion for this truly wonderful and graceful material I will always try to produce work that is honest, pushing boundaries as well as exploring the captivating qualities of the hot liquid.

Technique
1200* celcius. Glass melts and becomes liquid. The flow of the glass burns through the fabric and leaves a unique pattern. Can burn marks be aesthetic or even fashionable ?
